Support and maintenance of OGC's Document Management Architecture, in specific all Interwoven applications, Worksite, Mailsite and Communications Servers (www.interwoven.com). Research and troubleshoot defects and support issues as per Quality Assurance test requirements. Act as intermediary between ETG Application Development and Interwoven support for defect resolution. Implement changes and best practices recommendations to Worksite application, Mailsite and Interwoven applications. Worked with developers and infrastructure support to implement upgrades to Interwoven products.
Support and maintenance of MDM production support environment including support for Siteminder software on Windows 2000 servers for IIS integration. Work with developers to implement changes and integration code between Worksite and other applications such as EDST to store images and documents from external applications into Worksite. |
