This service bundle includes the following services:

• Installation, configuration and/or troubleshooting Microsoft Servers, such as Windows NT, 2000 and 2003 Server. These include all services that can be provided from a Windows Server such as File and Print Services, Domain authentication, etc.
• Installation, configuration and/or troubleshooting Novell Netware servers and systems.
• Any work to troubleshoot and maintain Windows & Novell Server platforms and support issues.
• Configuration of LANs, WANs, VPNs, Routers, Firewalls, Proxy Servers and any other Network security device or software.
• Installation and configuration of any version of MS Exchange Server, SQL Server, SNA Server, or ISA (Internet Security and Acceleration) Server.
• Installation and configuration of Messaging Systems including E-Mail and collaboration based on MS Exchange, Blackberry Servers, and SendMail and Linux email services.
